Does aging impact your ability to work?
Aging & business: Manage the impact on your bottom line!
Population aging is changing the way we do business, with an impact on productivity and profitability. The impact hits when boomer managers reduce work hours or stop working completely to take care of aging family, leaving your business without their extensive knowledge and expertise. The impact hits when clients get older and their needs change. Your business must adapt to continue to serve them, or invest in developing a new client base. The impact also hits with your own aging. Personal and family priorities shift, and you must react to events that can be costly and time-consuming.
Keynotes and workshops deliver results:
• Protect your profitability by developing ways to retain valuable
people and support their engagement with work.
• Strengthen market share by increasing your expertise in selling to
an aging population.
• Improve work-life balance by discovering proactive and practical
strategies to manage the needs of aging family.
